  • Returns are accepted only after approval by our Customer Support team.

🚫 Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or damaged products unless received in such condition.


💳 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, full refund will be initiated; for COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.
